Optometric Education Section Symposium:
Making the grade in the 21st Century: The Millennial Generation enters optometry school

Most students in optometry school today belong to the wholly new Millennial generation, posing an entirely novel set of challenges for faculty, college administrators, and future employers. We will discuss the distinguishing characteristics of the Millennials and suggest strategies to help bring out their strengths.
